Title Applying the SecRAM Methodology in a CLOUD-based ATM Environment

Abstract

The SESAR ATM Security Risk Assessment Methodology (SecRAM) aims at providing a methodology to be applied by the SESAR Operational Focus Areas (OFAs). To give  effectiveness  to the evaluation of SecRAM. Air Traffic Management (ATM) operative scenarios are greatly required. Unfortunately the implementation of ATM testbed environments, as close  as possible to running ATM systems, is too much expensive and time consuming. Moreover, the application of a new methodology on a running ATM system is noi applicable because of safety constraints. Due to the aforementioned reasons the authors adopted a Cloud-based approach to build up a fall running Air Contro! Centre (ACC), then applying the SecRAM methodology in such a way /o carry out results thai can be compared with those achievable by real ATM scenarios
