Title Energy Efficient, Sustainable, Resilient and Cyber Secure Military Bases

Abstract

Increasing Energy demand due to the growing adoption of ICT technologies and the emergent role of  electricity in propulsion and weapon systems,  makes energy and in particular electricity a key resource to enable mission capability.  Defense sector is usually one of the most (if not the most) energy intensive sector of government and, as all other sector, must speed up the transition towards a general reduction of energy consumption and increasing adoption of renewables.
