Title Management of R&D Investment Plan and Product Catalogue in a modern company

Abstract

Some processes are indispensable for the growth of a modern Company. This paper focusses on two of these processes: preparation of the R&D (Research and Development) investment plan and of the product catalogue. Both of these processes are crucial and significant attention to detail is required when preparing these documents. The purpose of this paper is to present the rationale and processes used for the development of a multi year investment plan, the review of on-going company funded R&D activities and the preparation of the product catalogue.
